Artist's Comments

I did this for my friend Liz out of a 2" X 2" magnified, poor-pixeled picture. I had to use my imagination to complete some detail.

I started by drawing the contour of Tigger with 2H graphite. Then I darkened the 18" X 24" paper with medium compressed charcoal. After that, I used medium, soft, and extra soft compressed charcoal.

It took about 9 hours to complete. I was satisfied with the results. I hope you like it!

I like it! You've captured Tigger's innocent, yet playful attitude quite well. To be honest, the arms look a little blobby, but I think that it's a nice touch because it gives a soft look to Tigger, and your skills with a pencil pwns.
